Refund & Return Policy

At ZEUES, every garment is custom-designed and made specifically for each customer. Because of this personalised process, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing fault caused by us.

Once an order is placed, our design and production teams begin working immediately — therefore we cannot make changes or cancel orders after they are submitted.

Please Note:

1. Order Cancellation & Partial Refunds

Because our designers begin custom outlining, digitising, and preparing production immediately:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

  • If your order has not entered production, we may offer a partial refund. A NZD $20 design & processing fee will be deducted to cover work already completed.

  • Once production has started, no refund can be issued.


2. Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including:

  • Return or exchange shipping fees

  • Costs for international customs, duties, or import charges

  • Any postal or courier surcharges

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

ZEUES is not responsible for additional charges applied by carriers or customs authorities.


3. Discounted Orders

Items purchased using a discount code, promotion, or special offer are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.


4. Return Shipment Costs

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing issue:

  • Please confirm the exact return shipping fee with your local postal service.

  • We recommend sending returns using the cheapest tracked airmail option available.

  • ZEUES does not reimburse return postage unless previously agreed in writing.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped:

  • Any loss, delay, or theft is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • Customers must contact their local post office or courier service directly and provide the tracking number to start an investigation.

  • ZEUES cannot refund or replace orders lost or stolen during transit, as this is beyond our control.
