How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing and shipping
Our usual processing time is 5–10 working days; this can vary by season.
We don’t count weekends or public holidays, since our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (GMT+12). Working days are standard weekdays, excluding public holidays.Shipping times depend on destination and shipping method:
• New Zealand: 2–5 days
• Australia: 4–14 days
• Other countries: 2–3 weeks, and customs processing can sometimes cause delaysIf you have any questions or want an update on your order, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Who will see my photo?
Photo privacy, handled with care
Only our artists see your photo while creating your piece. Once your order is processed, the image is deleted. If there’s ever an issue with your order, a team member may also view the photo briefly to ensure quality.
Your photos are safe with us. If it makes you more comfortable, you’re welcome to blur faces before uploading. Protecting your privacy is a top priority—so you can create a truly special gift, worry‑free.
Can I have my order posted on social media?
We’ll share your order photos when we can
We do our best to capture photos of every order, but with lots of orders in the warehouse, sometimes it’s tricky to find them all. We’ll absolutely try to get yours posted!
In the meantime, feel free to tag us on social media when your order arrives — we love seeing our customers’ photos and try to repost as many as possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Refund policy — ZEUES Customs
Because every item is custom made to your requests, our products are generally non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
We do, however, recognise that some situations may warrant a refund. Please check the eligibility criteria below.
When a refund may be issued
Refunds may be granted in these cases:
Missing item: something from the original order was not included.
Missing feature: a feature you paid for was not delivered.
Unfulfilled custom request: a specific instruction in your order was not completed.
Delayed expedited processing: the order shipped outside the promised expedited timeframe.
Discount code error: a valid code you used at checkout did not apply correctly.
Note: refunds cover only the value of the missing item, feature, or unfulfilled request. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Non‑returnable / non‑refundable items
Because each piece is personalised, all items are considered final sale in most cases.
